MSTZAADK supports TAYODEA in helping to establish the Kilindi Youth Parliament and to assist its democratic elections whereby 30 local representatives, two from each ward (a male and a female) are elected into the youth parliament. The partnership also involves the training of young leaders and political awareness-raising among youth, through initiatives such as mass media campaigns. Finally, the partnership is involved in a range of complementary activities to improve youth employment and working conditions, including skills training and basic marketing.

By 2012, the partnership aims to have established a functional Youth Parliament, fifteen functional Youth Reflection Groups, and two hundred more youth employed in the Kilindi District by 2012.
